Be careful if you are used to buying Breton brand butter.
Since the beginning of the week, two of them, sold in February and March, have been the subject of a massive recall throughout France due to contamination with listeria, indicates the government platform Rappel.Conso.
The first product concerned is the 250 gram “
clumped butter with salt crystals
” from the Ker Argoet brand.
Distributed in the Grand Frais, Fresh and Mon Marché brands, this dairy product has a use-by date set for April 17.
The second product is a "Motte d'Antan" butter
with sea salt from Guérande
» of 250 grams of the brand Le Gall.
With an expiry date set for April 27, 2023, it was sold in the Auchan, Carrefour, Intermarché, Leclerc, and Samada brands.
