After Charlene of Monaco didn't officially appear at Prince Albert II's birthday party, the palace released a statement.
Monaco – There is simply no peace in the Principality of Monaco.
Ever since Charlène Wittstock (45) walked down the aisle with Prince Albert II (65) in 2011, there has been wild speculation about the marriage between the two.
As soon as Albert turns up alone for an appointment, according to the French press, the relationship between the two is about to end.
Prince Albert's 65th birthday caused rumors of separation again.

Most recently, Prince Albert and Charlène of Monaco had shown themselves together at events again and again.
But on Albert's 65th birthday of all places there was no sign of Charlène.
The prince showed up with the twins Princess Gabriella and Prince Jacques (8) on the palace balcony, only Charlène was not seen.

then claimed that the Monegasque royal couple was in the process of separating.

Surprisingly, the palace now felt compelled to react to the news of the breakup, and such stories usually remain uncommented.
When asked by
Royal Central
, the palace press office said the rumors were "completely unfounded".
The press office stressed that it "formally denies the malicious rumors spread by the French magazine 'Royauté'."

The princely palace did not leave the rumors of separation about Charlène and Albert uncommented.

A clear statement from the palace, probably also to protect Charlene of Monaco, who seems to be getting back on her feet after serious health problems.
And in fact, Prince Albert did not have to do without his wife completely on his birthday.
The palace published pictures on Instagram showing the Monegasque princely family together.

After the appearance on the balcony, Prince Albert had lunch with his wife Charlène and their children, Hereditary Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella.
Charlène was also part of the party in the evenings.
"In the evening, the princely children invited their parents to a theater performance specially created for this occasion entitled 'The witch in the broom closet'," said the message on Instagram.
So the all-clear for the Monegasques after they had to go through a bad time at the end of 2022.
Prince Albert had to undergo another operation - an additional burden for the crisis-ridden couple.
