European stock markets fell slightly at the opening on Wednesday after stronger than expected inflation in the United Kingdom and before the conclusions of the American Central Bank which will have to calibrate its policy between the fight against rising prices and the banking shock.
Paris fell by 0.11%, Frankfurt by 0.14% and London by 0.20% at the opening.
The banking sector of the European Eurostoxx 600 index lost 0.27%, a small change compared to previous sessions.
