The Prime Minister's Office responded today (Wednesday) and clarified that there is no intention to establish new settlements in the area where five settlements were evacuated in the disengagement plan in Northern Samaria following the approval of the law that repealed some parts of the disengagement law.



"The Knesset's decision to repeal parts of the secession law brings an end to a discriminatory and humiliating law that prohibited Jews from living in the areas of northern Samaria, part of our historical homeland. It is no coincidence that senior members of the opposition supported this law along the way.
