A new season of the TCR South America Banco BRB begins at the Oscar Cabalén racetrack in Córdoba (Argentina).
The championship begins in Argentina, will pass through Uruguay and will culminate in Brazil with the last date that will be held at the Nelson Piquet circuit in Brasilia.
In addition to the large number of cars that have already been confirmed for this championship, the big news for this year will be the arrival of the TCR WORLD TOUR that will run alongside TCR South America in the competitions that will take place in El Pinar (Uruguay) and in San Luis (Argentina) in mid-August.

This year the TCR WORLD RANKING will also come into force where the pilots of the TCR South America Banco BRB will add up to be present in the TCR WORLD FINAL.
Today, our first representative is the Argentine Fabricio Pezzini who appears in 20th place.
After the native of San Luis, the Brazilian Raphael Reis is located in the 35th position and the Argentine José Manuel Sapag in the 42nd position.

It should be remembered that the first year, the trophy had been taken by the Spanish Pepe Oriola who did not participate last season.

On Thursday the official activity will begin with two training sessions and on Friday the Media & Promotion Day will take place, which will feature different events for the drivers and teams.
Saturday and Sunday will be reserved for two more training sessions, qualifying and the two races on Sunday.
