The fourth episode of "Top Chef", season 14, was placed under the sign of guilty pleasure.
The candidates' mission was to make the melted cheese or the bread/sauce combination gourmet.
Judges (and gourmets) a little special for the occasion: JoeyStarr, Nora Hamzawi, Pablo Mira and the critic François-Régis Gaudry, already seen on the M6 show to judge “the war of restaurants” from previous seasons.
Then, we had to seduce the pastry chef Yann Couvreur, on a special five senses test.

For the third time in a row, Hélène Darroze saved him from his hidden brigade.
His basil pesto and Gruyère soufflé, perfectly cooked and textured, won over the chef, even though he could have done without the lemon ice cream, which was too sweet.
What a pity that he still does not control his time.
One day, the watch will play tricks on him.
