Joy mixed with sadness was felt this morning (Wednesday) when the Palai family, who lost two of their sons in an attack in the Ramot neighborhood of Jerusalem about a month and a half ago, celebrated the circumcision of a baby born last week.
The father of the family, Avraham Plai, who was seriously injured in the attack and since then his condition has improved, wept and in a choked voice greeted the blessing of "Shah Hainuin".
Eight-year-old Asher and five-year-old Jacob were murdered in the stampede attack.
Father Avraham took his four children with him to the bus stop in the Ramot neighborhood of the capital on the way to a family celebration in Bnei Brak.
Three children were with him at the station, two of them - Jacob and Asher - were injured and another child was slightly injured.
The fourth boy was saved after he got stuck in his father's car parked near the bus stop.
Did Deborah tell Walla!
on two buildings after the attack.
"We loved our two sweethearts so much, they had the face of an angel," she said, adding that the two were children "who love to help, righteous with a big soul. They spoke in terms of kindness and giving. They would go by every Friday and look for people to help. Now they Upstairs they do it together. In their lives and in their deaths they were never separated."
