With a
great event at the legendary Luna Park theater
, which included a red carpet, a boxing ring and a giant screen, on Tuesday night the Star+ platform presented the launch of its most recent and ambitious project, the fiction "Ringo, Glory and
Death "
.
The series, produced by Nacho Viale, tells the story of
Argentine boxing champion Oscar Natalio "Ringo" Bonavena.
To accompany and offer their support to the man of the family, the four generations of Legrand women: Mirtha, Marcela Tinayre, Juana Viale and Ámbar De Benedictis were present at the massive meeting, in which the guests could see from a fight by Sergio "Maravilla" Martínez live until the screening of the first episode of the series.
Among the more than three thousand people present, figures from both entertainment and sport stood out, such as

The event began with
a fight above the ring
in which the protagonist of the series, Jerónimo Giocondo Bosia, recreated the mythical fight in which
Bonavena became the Argentine
heavyweight champion.
Afterwards,
the first episode of the series was screened
, in which the history, trajectory and death of the famous Argentine boxer in Nevada, United States, was told.
And to close the night, the ring was once again the center of attention with the
most anticipated fight between 'Maravilla' Martínez
, who made his debut at Luna Park after a decade without fighting in Argentina, against the Colombian Jhon Teherán.

The Argentine boxing legend won the fight via
knockout
in the 27th minute of the first round.
At 48 years old, with the first hand that Tehran entered, which was already on the ropes, "Maravilla" was established as the winner.
