The police custody of the Paris city councilor, Nicolas Jeanneté, was extended on the evening of Wednesday March 22, Le Figaro

The exploitation of computer equipment revealed the presence of images of a child pornography nature
", informs the prosecution.
Thus, the former member of the group "Changer Paris" saw his police custody extended for two counts: "
possession of images of minors presenting a pornographic character
" as well as for "
unusual consultation of a service of communication to the public online making available the pornographic image or representation of minors
”.
Drug trafficking
The elected mayor of the 15th arrondissement was arrested on Monday March 20 at his home by police officers from the capital's narcotics brigade, as well as the judicial police.
Then placed in police custody for drug trafficking and money laundering.
Nicolas Jeanneté is suspected of having engaged in drug trafficking during “chemsex” parties.
A preliminary investigation, opened in August 2022, would have concluded that Nicolas Jeanneté had synthetic drugs, such as 3MMC, delivered to his home by parcel.
The elected centrist had however "
