This envelope will support the Booster program of the Force Femmes association, supporting women entrepreneurs over the age of 45 who wish to consolidate their entrepreneurial projects.

“We are training ten women per promotion, via collective and individual programs, to help them defend their project, in a world where they still have difficulty accessing funding,”
she adds.
The Booster by Ardian fund will mobilize 300,000 euros per year for three years via capital investments to strengthen the equity of the selected companies.

“Ardian will become a minority shareholder in the company. And each woman will benefit from follow-up by a mentor who will accompany her entrepreneurial trajectory”,

As a partner in the operation, the CIC bank will, for its part, offer cash loans to the program's entrepreneurs.
