Five years ago, he contacted Lafont, the oldest French manufacturer of work clothes, to create a first collection, 1844, using archive patronage.
Then, his interest fell on the chef's jacket:
"I proposed to them to modernize it by taking inspiration from the jackets of fencers, to bring it comfort, ergonomics while remaining respectful of the heritage of the dress and tradition.”
A work revealed during the Michelin Guide ceremony, also involved in the adventure.
The first model, André, intended for 1 and 2 stars, is a tribute to the Bibendum with stripes materialized by stitching, tone on tone.
