Digital transformation, accelerated especially in recent years,
has increased the search
for IT professionals.
According to ManpowerGroup's “Talent Shortage 2022” report, 84% of IT & Technology employers report
difficulty finding the positions
and skills they need.
Similarly, the Chamber of the Argentine Software Industry (CESSI) states that
between 10,000 and 15,000 positions per year remain unfilled
in the sector.
On the other hand, youth unemployment in the country doubles that of adult unemployment, which affects approximately 20% of the young population, according to the latest INDEC measurements.
For this reason,
STEM
(Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) careers and digital skills are the gateway to the global economy.
In this context, the NGO
Junior Achievement
and the multinational
Microsoft
come together in a new initiative dedicated to training young people and
open the call to apply for the
"Cloud Administration"
course
, a Microsoft technical certification designed to prepare, train and develop professionals in this role.
