The place.
Overlooking the Gouët valley, Sophie and Mathieu Aumont's restaurant looks like a cabin suspended in the trees.
Large bay window, white walls, beige carpet, transparent chairs with a sixties design, a few touches of color on the side benches of the room: the decor is sober and the atmosphere cozy, worthy of a Michelin star.
The plate.
The journey begins with a succession of surprising appetizers hidden in a layered white sphere.
It goes straight on with a peach from the bay and just seared scallops, grilled cauliflower, roasted hazelnuts, crispy buckwheat with fresh herbs.
Followed by a line-caught sea bass, roasted winter vegetables, beet emulsion...
