The day after a ninth day of mobilization against the pension reform enamelled by numerous violence, the rebellious deputy François Ruffin shared his proposals to restore calm.

The message refers to the context of March 2006, when the first employment contract (CPE), announced by Prime Minister Dominique de Villepin and adopted by way of 49-3, sparked major demonstrations in the streets.

One of the scenarios that opponents of the pension reform dream of today unfolds: faced with the harshness of the mobilizations, the law, although promulgated, is immediately suspended.

The decision is recorded by Jacques Chirac himself, in a speech delivered on March 31.
