On the Russian side, general mobilization no longer seems to be envisaged in the short term but remains a recourse.
Officially, 300,000 people have been enrolled since the partial mobilization launched on September 21.
The authorities continue to update the lists to quickly initiate the process, if necessary.
On April 1, the conscription campaign will be launched, as every spring, and should concern some 130,000 Russians aged 18 to 27.
