"It's horrible !" : in Nice, exasperation on the Promenade des Anglais around a building abandoned for years

But a first building permit was refused on December 4, 2019. Almost two years later, on June 10, 2021, another permit, taking into account the architectural requirements of the site, was finally granted.

Led by the Falcon-Club company, this luxury restaurant was originally scheduled to open in 2019.

Long-awaited work

But the years have passed without the shadow of a menu blooming at the doors of the building.

“There are often homeless people squatting under the scaffolding, day and night.

There is noise, shouting, glass bottles exploding
