Led by the Falcon-Club company, this luxury restaurant was originally scheduled to open in 2019.
Long-awaited work
But the years have passed without the shadow of a menu blooming at the doors of the building.
“There are often homeless people squatting under the scaffolding, day and night.
There is noise, shouting, glass bottles exploding
