Mauricio Macri
's announcement
that he will not be a presidential candidate also generated repercussions in the
Frente de Todos
, which is debating between "Cristina 2023" and the re-election of President Alberto Fernández.
The spokeswoman Gabriela Cerruti published a tweet shortly after the former president released the video reaffirming the decision not to run in the next presidential elections.
The official did not refer specifically to the decision of the ex-president, but chose to respond to the moment in which Macri maintains that Argentina is isolated from the world.
The spokeswoman published a brief tweet with photos of President Fernández at international summits, together with Lula Da Silva and Emmanuelle Macron, from France.
And the text "Isolated from the world", accompanied by an emoji.
"I share with all of you the certainty that Argentina today is in a state that is difficult to recognize, we are adrift without leadership, isolated from the world, alone," Macri said in the video.
In his response, Cerruti omitted to respond to other fragments of the former president where he harshly questions the management of the Frente de Todos and also where he refers to Alberto Fernández as a "puppet".
