No element at this stage of the investigation makes it possible to determine that he is attached to a political movement

His link with the four other young people arrested the evening of this collective and intentional act of vandalism has not been established either at this stage of the investigations.

Spontaneous action?
Four days after the tragedy, the trail of a premeditated act is not confirmed by the prosecution.

".
During their arrests, they were in fact in possession of various weapons (PVC bar, cap with metal peak, telescopic baton, bicycle chain, steel security device for motorcycles, etc.).
The minor will be tried in a juvenile court.
