The tray of six slices of the Reflets de France brand is suspected of contamination by the agent responsible for listeriosis.

If you eat raw ham, be careful.

Savoy ham from the Reflets de France brand has been recalled throughout France since March 25.

Marketed in Carrefour brands, the tray of six 90g slices presents "

suspicion of contamination by Listeria Monocytogenes

" according to the Rappel Conso site, the agent responsible for listeriosis.

The product, marketed from March 17 to 24, has an expiry date of July 4, 2023.

It is therefore advisable not to consume this product and to return it to the point of sale.

It can then be refunded.

The batch concerned is number 210159813.

According to Rappel Conso, individuals who have consumed this ham are invited to consult their doctor in the event of “

fever, isolated or accompanied by headaches, and body aches

”.

Pregnant women, immunocompromised people and the elderly should be extra vigilant in the face of these symptoms.

Indeed, “

listeriosis is a disease which can be serious and whose incubation period can be up to eight weeks

”, specifies Rappel Conso.
