The German Weather Service (DWD) warns of snowfall in the entire southernmost part of Bavaria, from the Allgäu to Berchtesgadener Land: "During the warning period, there will be snowfall above 1000 m with amounts between 15 cm and 30 cm.
In stowed areas, quantities of up to 50 cm are reached.
It will be spread smoothly," said the DWD in an official statement.
And that's not all.
In the same region, there is also a warning of wind gusts with a peak of up to 70 km/h.
