Ahead of the demonstrations by opponents and supporters of the legal revolution, which will be held near the Knesset and the Government Building in Jerusalem, the police are preparing today (Monday) for flare-ups and clashes between the protestors.

Following the roadblocks in Jerusalem, buses that were supposed to pick up the opponents of the reform have difficulty reaching the center of the demonstration.

Meanwhile, pro-reform protesters are reaching the same point, and the fear of friction is increasing.

This, in the background of the calls of right-wing activists to harm the protesters against the reform.

"Leftists need to end," wrote one of the activists in the Telegram group.

"Drive over them with a jeep. Bring up convoys with vehicles and stand in front of the left, we will destroy them today."

Another activist wrote: "The left wants to make a coup. They want us to continue being their slaves forever. They started a war against us, they will get a war back."

Another protester added that "When is the demonstration? Come to rape them. Armed anarchists, break their legs."

A police source said that "The Israel Police is aware of all the postings on social networks concerning the intentions of various parties. We handle any such posting and we will not allow anyone to be harmed."

The two protest centers will be reinforced with additional police officers from national units, in order to prevent friction between the parties.

In addition, some of the Jerusalem district police officers will work 12-hour shifts instead of eight hours, due to a personnel shortage.

For the time being, the police have not raised the alert level in the various districts and are operating in the format of spot reinforcements only.

Meanwhile, about 100,000 people are demonstrating against the legal revolution in front of the Knesset in Jerusalem.

Due to the congestion, Israel Railways will increase the lines to the city.

At the same time, tens of thousands demonstrated in Tel Aviv as well as many thousands in Beer Sheva and Haifa.

The demonstrations resumed this morning, hours after they were dispersed during the night, when the demonstrators went out to protest spontaneously across the country in protest of the dismissal of Defense Minister Yoav Galant.
