2023-03-27T20:48:35.119Z

Néstor Aguilar was 35 years old and was fired with a tribute act from his colleagues. The causes of the crash are unclear, but the case reignited an old claim.

Néstor Aguilar, the motorcycle policeman who

crashed into a guardrail

on a route in La Matanza, died after suffering an accident that is not fully understood.

Without the intervention of another vehicle, the agent

diverted his route

, crossed provincial route 21 almost from side to side, at the height of Isidro Casanova, and crashed.

The accident was

on the afternoon of Wednesday, March 15

;

and when a video was released that accidentally recorded the incident, it was speculated that Aguilar had suffered some kind of physical problem prior to the crash or that he had fallen asleep.

In any case, with the death of the

35-year-old assistant officer

, who belonged to the

Special Operations Force (FOE)

and served in the

Ezeiza Motorized Prevention Group,

where he also lived, there will be no way to clear up the doubts that the video triggered. taken with the cell phone from a car that was driving on the same road.

Beyond that, in their environment and from some sectors of the security forces, they have a certainty: Aguilar's death responds to the poor working conditions endured by police officers and agents in general.

Based on this, the social networks repeated the

claims to superiors and political authorities.

In the images recorded from the car that, like Aguilar, was moving along Route 21 in hand to Camino de Cintura, nothing can be seen that causes the

inexplicable change of direction

that the police motorcycle suddenly makes.

It is simply observed that the agent passes the vehicle from where they were filming through the fast lane and

crosses

the front to the right to end up

colliding squarely with the guardrail

on the shoulder.

The moment in which the policeman deviates for no visible reason towards the shoulder of Route 21.

Due to the force of the impact, the policeman

was thrown

towards the other side of the defense.

"Nooooo", one of the men who was traveling in the vehicle from where they happened to record the unintelligible accident is heard saying totally surprised.

Due to the serious injuries he suffered despite wearing the helmet and all the regulatory elements, the agent was transferred to the

Balestrini hospital

in Ciudad Evita, where he was hospitalized and died 24 hours later, despite the efforts of the doctors.

On the holiday on Friday the 24th, he was

watched by a crowd

in a garage in Monte Grande, in the southern zone and very close to Canning, the town where the officer lived.

After being thrown from the motorcycle, the policeman was admitted to the Balestrini hospital in Ciudad Evita.

At the place, located at 500 Dardo Rocha avenue, colleagues from the force paid homage to him.

There were so many people who gathered that they had to cut off traffic on the block

It happens that his case moved the members of the police, retired and active, and their families, and once again an old claim of members of the security forces in general was revived.

Pain and claims in the networks

In the case of Aguilar, messages reappeared on social networks questioning the

working conditions

and especially the number of hours of continuous work imposed on the agents, a problem with which they link what happened to the officer of the Special Group. .

On his Facebook profile "Clau Aguilar", who identifies himself as the sister of the deceased police officer, published an extensive letter on Saturday the 25th regretting what happened and

demanding changes

for security forces personnel.

The tribute of his colleagues, in front of the Monte Grande wake house where the injured officer was fired.

"Because of so much exploitation of recharges of work hours without being able to sleep and rest as it should, that's how they left me without my dear little brother Aguilar Nestor, who we buried yesterday, without any consolation because now we no longer have him with us", "he starts the public letter.

And he continues: "To this they lead all the officers of all the forces that we have to die as if they were an object that has no value for all the superiors who instead of taking care of them, kill them little by little, destroying families that are left with a emptiness and a wound so great that no one will be able to understand what is felt in our hearts".

"Stop exploiting them because they are human beings like you superiors, who don't give a damn about the lives of their officers in charge," the letter raises the tone.

The extensive post that Néstor Aguilar's sister published on Facebook.

The user also addresses President Alberto Fernández to ask him to "pay more attention to how they explode without sleep and rest as all the forces of Argentina, our country, need to take care of us, but with officers who train in optimal conditions to carry out the tasks of their job, and by the way, they are very dangerous tasks and that only each officer feels in his heart that every second that passes could be his last breath of life, as well as that of my little brother".

In other posts he also pointed to the Buenos Aires Minister of Security, Sergio Berni.

just like they did from a profile identified as Virginia Luján Sosa.

"See you later!! Blue Angel Nestor Aguilar. You gave your life knowing that you were in imminent danger in the face of so many hours of overtime, the one who should have taken care of you as a public servant THEY DID NOT DO IT," they wrote there along with a video that recorded the funeral procession of the deceased officer.

"We lost you with pain in the soul. The blue family is in mourning," he closed.
