A guide with options from Monday to Sunday, with savory dishes and a dessert to treat yourself on the weekend

Now yes!

Welcome Autumn.

We were looking forward to you.

The eternal heat gave way to sunny days and breezy nights.

It's time to

turn the oven back on and slowly start using the pots.

Today I want to tell you about curry.

It is one of my children's favorite dishes and we eat it quite often at home.

Curry is a mixture of spices

that usually contains cinnamon, cumin, ginger, nutmeg, pepper, and turmeric, the latter responsible for its color.

It is available in supermarkets and dietetics and can have different degrees of itching.

Most, unless otherwise stated on the packaging, are mild and extremely aromatic.

Lovers of the sensation of "little fire" in the throat can add drops of tabasco or chopped jalapeño pepper, for example.

It is always

advisable to serve it accompanied with white rice

so that they do not compete in flavors, but some boiled potatoes or even gnocchi or noodles could be good.

Attention to the dessert of the week!

With purchased cookies they are going to recreate a candy that they surely ate, and eat, today.

It's genius, believe me you're going to love it.

Good week for all!

Cheese souffle.

Do you dare to start the week with a soufflé?

It is made based on a white sauce and the flavoring and snow whites are added.

Two important things: use casseroles that can go in the oven and are presentable to take to the table since the soufflés do not unmold and preheat the oven for at least fifteen minutes before using it.

Green pork matambre.

With these same steps you can prepare green chicken, or if you prefer beef, I recommend that you do not use matambre since cooking is not long and it can be hard.

In that case, I chose the same cut that you buy when you make Milanese square, loin ball, rump, etc.

Carrot gnocchi.

Carrot gnocchi.

They are prepared the same as potato gnocchi but carrots are used.

As it happens with the traditional ones, it is ideal that the vegetable does not absorb too much liquid so that it does not require too much flour when kneading them and that they are not hard.

Pumpkin stuffed with lentils.

A healthy and veggie dish.

It has lentils, cheese, green onion and corn.

Obviously you can use your creativity and fill it with whatever you have in your fridge.

Since we used the part of the pumpkin seeds, here are some ideas for you to use the cape: pumpkin and tomato pie, roasted whole-wheat pumpkin pie, pumpkin gnocchi, pumpkin pizza, pumpkin soup

5. Friday March 31

potato pizza.

potato pizza.

A pizza without dough, therefore, without flour.

The base is made with thin slices of potato.

You can make them in a small pan for an original entry, or use the largest you have to bring a good pizza to the table.

If you are going to make several, I recommend that you have the bases ready and before eating the hot ones and adding the covers.

Chicken curry.

The formula that we share is an option to make curry but there are many variants.

I am going to tell you about some ingredients that you can add to make it even tastier: add a good splash of coconut milk, a few slices of fresh ginger and chopped peanuts while cooking.

When serving it, sprinkle it with a few chopped mint leaves.

A creamy and very tasty sauce for lovers of blue cheese.

If you don't have open white wine, replace it with the same amount of vegetable broth.

The dessert of the week

Homemade "Titas" type cookies.

Many times I saw the recipe for these chocolate dipped lemon cookies but, honestly, I didn't think they would turn out good until the day I made them and everything changed.

They are very good!

and much richer than the traditional ones.

So that you do not have any doubts, the recipe comes with a video.
