Two favorites will probably get out of the ZDF hit "Rosenheim-Cops" for the coming season.
That doesn't cause a storm of jubilation among all fans.
Munich – Many fans of the ZDF “Rosenheim Cops” are probably what is called “animals of habit”.
After all, the series thrives on cherished traditions and running gags.
Several stars have been there since the first season and thus for more than 20 years: Marisa Burger as the secretary Miriam Stockl, Karin Thaler as the farm owner Marie Hofer and of course Max Müller as the eager police chief Michi Mohr.
Rosenheim Cops: 23rd season of the ZDF series without Ela Atay and Sophie Melbinger
Two other actresses have not yet had that many seasons under their belts, they are still quite fresh on board – and are already leaving the “Rosenheim Cops” troupe again: Sevda Polat as coroner Ela Atay will be filming in the 23rd season started in mid-March are no longer there, at least they no longer appear in the official press release.
The same applies to Sophie Melbinger as investigator Birte Andresen.
An abrupt end, after all, Polat and Melbinger were only there for two seasons and hadn't announced anything in advance that the "Rosenheim Cops" story would end for them.
A replacement has already been found for both, according to an official announcement – the actresses and their roles have already been determined.

Rosenheim Cops: Fans complain about many changes – and farewell to Sevda Polat
Even if Polat and Melbinger weren't there for long, they've gained a lot of sympathy in a short amount of time.
This is evident from reactions on social media.
Most fans are just looking forward to the new season.
But there are also discordant tones mixed in.
Users write about the change in forensic medicine: "I'm also surprised about the new appointment!", "Again a new one", "How many forensic pathologist is that now?", "My God, like at the train station, always new ones ' and 'It's a pity, I really liked Ms Atay.'

"It's no longer Rosenheim Cops": Criticism of the reshuffle
It also says: "I don't understand at all, she was really very nice and personable.
The constant change isn't good for the series." One gets even more drastic: "Hey, what's happening here?
Yes, of course, all sympathetic gone!
This isn't Rosenheim cops anymore."
Others, on the other hand, are excited about what's to come and/or don't miss the stars that are leaving too much.
"It can only get better" and "I'm looking forward to the new commissioner", write fans.
Or: “Well, I found the 'recasts' from the last season somehow bland and boring.
.
.
I'm looking forward to something 'new' with maybe.
a little more flair and personality.” And one regular viewer writes: “The main thing is that Michi, Stockl, Stadler and the receptionists are there.
Mr. Hansen and Mr. Achtziger, of course, too.
Nevertheless, I will never forget Mr. Hofer.
The rascal, the mayor from Ganting, Mr. Schretzmayer, of course too.”
Rosenheim Cops: Season 23 will be filmed until November
The background for the two changes in personnel initially remained unclear - in similar cases, actors wanted to reorient themselves, which could also be a conceivable scenario for Melbinger and Polat.

Despite all the isolated criticism of the line-up changes: Zig fans are currently simply expressing their anticipation of everything that may come in the social media.
The 26 episodes of the 23rd season should be in the box by November 2023 – it is still unclear when the broadcast will begin.
