A fire in the basement caused heavy smoke.
When the alarm went off, it was already past midnight: Cellar fire in Neuhausen!
At 0.20 a.m. on Tuesday night, emergency services from the Munich fire brigade rushed to Landshuter Allee.
On site, it became apparent that quick action is necessary.
Dense black smoke was already coming out of the basement.

Due to the heavy smoke development, reinforcements were then requested.
Colleagues from the volunteer fire brigade came to Neuhausen to provide support.
On the other hand, it was important to get the residents of the apartment building to safety as quickly as possible on Landshuter Allee.
All neighbors were unharmed
A total of 25 neighbors were evacuated during the night's operation in Neuhausen.
However, they did not have to endure the icy temperatures outside on the sidewalk, but could be accommodated in a so-called large-capacity rescue vehicle.
The good news: Despite the dense smoke, all residents were unharmed and escaped without smoke inhalation.
After the fire in the basement could be extinguished, the emergency services had to free the house from the smoke.
In addition, two high-performance fans were used.
