An individual targeted by an OQTF pretended to be a security guard at Antibes station

On Saturday, at Antibes station (Alpes-Maritimes) around 4:15 p.m., an individual pretended to be an SNCF security guard, before being arrested.

Another security officer, a real him, alerted the police to the presence of this suspicious man in this attire.

The latter even carried out checks on travelers, the jacket with the “security” logo making him credible.

On the spot, the police arrested him without resistance on his part.

The individual then told the patrol that he had stolen the vest in question.

In one of the pockets was a work phone that didn't belong to him.

After research in the files of the wanted persons, the man was subject to an obligation to leave French territory.

He was taken into custody following his arrest.
