Netanyahu: Out of national responsibility, I decided to suspend the legislation in order to reach a broad consensus (Leam)
Benny Biton, who was elected mayor of Dimona on behalf of the Likud, today (Tuesday) called on Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to withdraw from the dismissal of Defense Minister Yoav Galant: "The majority of Knesset members and key activists in the party want it."
Meanwhile, almost two days since Netanyahu announced his dismissal, Gallant has not yet received a letter of dismissal and continues to conduct himself as usual.
According to Biton, city mayors are also interested in this, and not just Likud.
"The Prime Minister made a tremendous move with the negotiations. I am in favor of the reform and we need to enter into the negotiations. He made a noble step and I expect the opposition to take such a step as well."

Yesterday Gallant was absent from the vote on the state budget in the first reading.
