So, on a whim, she smashes her smartphone against a wall, throws it in the trash, and swears to herself never to touch it again.
His resolution lasts a month.
Under social pressure, the teenager buys a new phone, but a good old clamshell cellphone this time.
And this new daily life without push, without social networks or WhatsApp notifications seems to fill her.
She claims to be more creative, more focused, and have more time to read.
“All those moments when I would normally have drawn my phone out of reflex were now moments of silence”
