The state attorney decided today (Tuesday) to prosecute, subject to a hearing, the former commander of Gilboa prison, Bassem Kashkosh, and the prison's former intelligence officer, Rani Basha, for crimes of fraud and breach of trust and failure to fulfill an official duty as part of the prison pimping case.
In addition to this, and on the basis of the materials collected as part of the renewed investigation, the state attorney decided on the prosecution, subject to a hearing, of the security prisoner Mahmoud Atallah, for rape and indecent acts against prison guard A, who was then on duty, and for crimes of indecent acts against two other prison guards.
