The Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office today (Tuesday) submitted to the city's district court an indictment against Zohar Cohen, a 24-year-old young man from Rishon Lezion, and against Hodia Filisian, 34, also a resident of Raslach. The two are accused of beating and robbing a man in his apartment, after Filisian seduced same. At the same time, the court requested to extend the detention of the two until the end of the legal proceedings against them.
The indictment shows that a month ago, the complainant agreed with Filisian to have a sexual encounter for a fee. The two arranged to meet at a club in Petah Tikva where they spent about an hour and a half together. After the meeting, the two left and arrived at a hotel in the city, where the complainant rented a room for the meeting.

While staying at the hotel together with the complainant, Filisian corresponded with Cohen and the two agreed to rob the complainant.
When the complainant and the accused arrived together at his apartment in Bnei Brak, Filisian took a photo and gave it to Cohen of the entrance to the complainant's building, next to the address of the apartment, so that he would come to the place and rob the complainant in his apartment with it.
When Cohen arrived at the building, Filisian directed him with messages and even opened the front door for him.
After that, Cohen entered the apartment and hit the complainant in the head.
After it was beaten and injured, Cohen and Filisian stole NIS 5,000, a mobile phone from the apartment and left the place.
As a result of the attack, the complainant suffered fractures in the jaw area, he was treated at the hospital and had to undergo surgery.
"The defendants took advantage of an easy prey, in his weakness, while the defendant tempted him to fall into a trap, in coordination with the defendant, who beat him, mercilessly, in his apartment. The victim of the crime found himself bruised and humiliated, after the defendants were cruel to him, used violence against him and took his money," the indictment states submitted by attorney Matan Mittal, who attributes the crime of robbery to the two.
