Actress Melissa Joan Hart, known for her role in the television series
Sabrina the Teenage Witch
, shared on social networks her experience helping several kindergartners
who
were fleeing in fear from a shooting at a Nashville school.
In a video shared on Instagram, Hart said she was driving with her husband, Mark Wilkerson, to their children's school for a parent meeting when they noticed children running from another school near theirs, The Covenant. School, where a shooting ended the lives of three minors and three employees on Monday.

"We helped a group of kindergartners
who
were running out of the woods onto a busy avenue. They were trying to escape the active shooting at their school, so we helped these little boys to safety and reunited one of them with his mother. ", Explain.
Hart and Wilkerson are parents to Mason, 17, Braydon, 15, and Tucker, 10. The family moved from Connecticut to Tennessee some time ago.
In the video on Hart's verified Instagram account, the actress pointed out that they used to live near Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, where a murderer killed 26 people in 2012.
“So this is our second experience with a school shooting in close proximity to our children,” he said, “thankfully we are all okay.”
The 28-year-old person responsible for the Nashville shooting, who attended the school, was armed with two AR-15 assault rifles and a pistol.
