Three Likud members urgently petitioned the Likud Supreme Court today (Wednesday) demanding the termination of the membership of Pinchas Idan, chairman of the airport authority committee. This follows his decision to stop takeoffs from Tbilisi as part of the shutdown of the economy in protest against the legal reform on Monday.



In the petition, which was submitted by the chairman of the liberal group in Likud, Amir Weitman, the chairman of the Likud faction in Bnei Brak, Jacob Vider, and Yossi Yehudein, another Likud member, it is claimed that Idan acted in violation of the Likud constitution "when he abnormally and irrevocably helped the left-wing parties competing with Likud, to the extent Stopping the important legal reform and as a crime to topple the right-wing government led by the Likud!".



At the same time, Minister Amichai Shikli and Knesset members Boaz Bismut, Moshe Saada and Dan Iloz are also gathering signatures from Likud members for another petition that will demand the termination of the membership of Pinchas Idan who announced "
