A
suspicious package
appeared this Wednesday at one of the entrances to the Palace of Justice in Courts.
He had a
message for the prosecutor Diego Luciani,
who intervened in the trial for the Highway case in which
Cristina Kirchner was convicted of corruption
.
After analysis, police personnel concluded that the bag
did not contain explosives
.
After the alert, the package was found by personnel from the 1D Neighborhood Police Station of the
City Police
, at 1,300 Tucumán Street, in one of the entrances to the
Palace of Justice
near a security checkpoint.
The protocol was launched due to the call he received from the Federal Police, which has a sentry box a few meters from where the suspicious bag appeared
with a white piece of paper and the inscription
"For prosecutor Luciani."
The suspicious package found in the courts with a message for the prosecutor Diego Luciani.
Already at the scene, the Bomb Squad reported that it obtained a negative result regarding the presence of an explosive device.
The envelope
only had papers inside
.
Actually, Luciani does not have his office in the Courts, but in Comodoro Py, from where he intervened via zoom in the trial against Cristina Kirchner for corruption in Roads in Santa Cruz.
He was the one who closed the eight days of allegations by the prosecutors (Sergio Mola also intervened) in the Vialidad trial, last August, when he requested sentences for the thirteen defendants for what he called "one of the most extraordinary matrices of corruption."
Then, in November, he returned to rule in the judicial process to reject the annulment motions put forward by Cristina Kirchner.
He then assured: "The personal grievances we face is something I have never experienced in all my years as a prosecutor."
Already last December, after the 6-year prison sentence for the vice president, Luciani had denounced a verbal assault in a restaurant in Mar del Plata.
That time, in the Lo de Fran restaurant, he suffered an escrache by the lawyer K Clara Abelenda, wife of the official pollster Artemio López.
"The prosecutor did not attack her. It was a verbal attack only on the part of the woman towards the prosecutor," said Francisco Rosat, owner of the gastronomic enterprise.
And he specified: "Artemio López stood behind the woman, but her main aggressor was her. I do not know them nor are they customers, nor have they come to the restaurant."
