Because up to two-thirds of the apartments are subsidized based on income (EOF), the builder and future operator of the houses, the Maro Genossenschaft, wants to have significantly fewer parking spaces than actually required by the municipality.
In return, the residents are to be provided with two car-sharing vehicles on a permanent basis.

Tobias Stokloßa (CSU) criticized the plan to contractually prevent residents from more or less owning a car.
“A lot of people buy one and then use it little.
Maro should stick to the pitch key,” said Stokloßa.
Josef Jakob (FWG) is also critical of the legal situation in the event of termination in the event that a resident buys an additional car.
Martina Hechl (GPP) did not want to agree to the reduced parking spaces.

Geothermal energy as a heating source
When it comes to heating, the municipality relies on geothermal energy from Stadtwerke München, according to Klostermeier.
Here the talks are positive and well advanced, because there is a lot of interest on the part of commercial companies.
Under no circumstances did he want to plan two heating systems in advance.
Klostermeier was responding to Stokloßa's objection, who had advised against only relying on geothermal energy: "We should also test wood chips and not make ourselves too dependent on the Munich municipal utility."
Question of pitches
Sybille Martinschledde (Greens) agreed with the mayor on the parking space issue: "We don't need a lot of parking spaces because four bus lines leave directly in front of the house." The visitor parking spaces should be arranged above ground as far as possible.
In addition, the Maro cooperative sees the need for a parking space near the entrance so that grocers, moving trucks and ambulances can stop.
"For me it would be absolutely logical and coherent if we included the entrance to the Bürgerpark in the planning for the retirement and children's home, which will be directly connected," said Klostermeier.

PV comes on the roof
The building committee unanimously approved the roof shapes and the PV systems on the roofs.
With a score of 5:2, the committee members voted in favor of the path and parking space concept according to the Maro proposals.
With a narrow majority of 4:3, the building committee also decided to enter the Bürgerpark.
