We knew him behind the stove, but it is behind his drums (no cooking) that Philippe Etchebest is expected in Lyon on June 18 at the Lyon Street Food Festival.

The famous Bordeaux chef, star of the show "Top Chef", will perform on the festival stage with his group Chef and the gang.

A cultural event, but also solidarity since the group Chef and the gang will donate all of its fee to the association Pompiers solidaires.

In addition to his performance on stage to close the musical program, Philippe Etchebest will participate in the “Street Food Stories” talk about his career as a chef.

120 chefs and pastry chefs

For the rest of the musical programming, the group Bagarre has already been announced, as has a collaboration with Transmusicales de Rennes.

The Breton capital will also be honored in terms of cuisine, with that of Tucson in Arizona.

The entire culinary program for the latter at the Fagor-Brandt factories, before moving to the Grandes Locos d'Oullins, will be unveiled on May 4th.

In total, 120 chefs and pastry chefs are expected during the four days of the festival, from June 15 to 18.

42,000 festival-goers are expected to taste 200 exclusive recipes, participate in 60 concerts and DJ sets and 400 workshops.
