The alleged perpetrator of a killing in a Copenhagen shopping center which killed three people in July has been charged with murder and attempted murder, Danish justice announced on Wednesday.

This 23-year-old man is accused of having killed three people, a 17-year-old boy, a 17-year-old girl and a 46-year-old man
," the prosecution said in a statement.
Psychiatric history
He is also charged with 12 attempted murders, the same source said.
Arrested outside Field's shopping center shortly after the shooting on July 3, this Dane, known for a psychiatric history, has since been in psychiatric detention.

Some elements of the investigation would indicate that the attack, committed mainly with a rifle, was planned, according to Danish media.
