2023-03-29T02:30:56.078Z

Elías Ezequiel Nuñes Pinheiro said that they paid "between 12 and 15 thousand pesos" for each hack to the former Buenos Aires Security Minister, judges and prosecutors. He specified that his client, whose name he does not know, made the transfer from 'a Lemon wallet'.

The Buenos Aires Justice investigates

"a Lemon cryptocurrency wallet associated with an email account"

to try to discover the intellectual author who hired a missionary hacker to spy on the cell phones of the former Buenos Aires Minister of Security, Marcelo D'Alessandro, of judges and prosecutors , among other clues.

The young man admitted that he was hired to commit the hack by a user of the Telegram messaging system called

"Eljuanxa"

and that he charged "between

12 and 15 thousand pesos

with cryptocurrencies transferred from a virtual payment wallet" for each hack.

From that Telegram contact, who did not have a profile photo, they sent him

the list of "targets"

.

In judicial sources, it was questioned that they have paid him that figure for an operation of this magnitude.

Due to the unknowns left by the hacker's investigation,

the possibility of expanding his investigation in the coming days is being studied

.

As

Clarín

revealed yesterday exclusively, Elías Ezequiel Nuñes Pinheiro (22 years old) confessed yesterday before the head of the Specialized Fiscal Unit for Computer Crimes and Contraventions of the city of Buenos Aires, Daniel Dupuy and Judge Araceli Martínez and tried to take

off the other four investigated for the illegal espionage maneuver.

The others investigated were Elías Nuñes Pinheiro father, Antonio Aquino, Julio Cesar Escobar and Cecilia Mercado.

From the young man's investigation it is clear that D'Alessandro's hacking would have been activated

in Chile

and precisely his father had a registered trip to the neighboring country.

This is another clue to investigate.

According to social contacts on social networks, the suspects have ties to Hugo Kovalski, director of Provincial Roads, current member of Governor Oscar Ahuad's cabinet and candidate for Mayor of Eldorado.

Kovalski would be a member of the Frente Renovador party.

And Kovalski,

in turn, would have ties to a national deputy from the Frente de Todos.

The defendant acknowledged that he sent the code to access the information from the WhatsApp and Telegram messaging systems on D'Alessandro's phone.

The hacking also affected the other “targets” -as defined by the hacker- the representative of Juntos por el Cambio Diego Santilli;

Judges Rodrigo Giménez Uriburu and Andrés Basso (both of the Highway Administration case);

the City Attorney General, Juan Bautista Mahiques;

and the judges of the Federal Chamber of Criminal Cassation Mariano Borinsky and Gustavo Hornos (who must review the sentence of Cristina Kirchner to 6 years in prison in that case), among others.

When asked about his contractor, he said that on a couple of occasions

he left him recorded messages

and that the "tune was typical of someone who lives in the north of the country", that he spoke of

"his gurises"

and that for this reason he was sure that She was not a native of the Federal Capital.

"He always made payments to me for crypto assets and his Telegram profile did not reveal anything other than the name 'Eljuanxa'" he explained, adding that according to his impression the account was managed by "more than one person"

because

on some occasions the "mode of writing on Telegram changed".

"I want to clarify that

at no time did I access the content

" of D Alessandro's messages, he stated that they were later uploaded to a ghost Internet site and widely disseminated by the former director of Counterintelligence and deputy of the Frente de Todos, Rodolfo Tailhade.

Giving details, he said that the hacking began on October 19, 2022 and began with a query to

a site called "Dark PFA"

from where he obtained information linked to Renaper data and that he used on several occasions for other similar jobs that he used to do. and promoted on Telegram.

But these were common scams, always according to sources.

On the other hand, the Chief of Staff replied to the prosecutor that the three users that were used for these hacks

"were done by the distance processing method (TAD)"

and that "they do not belong to officials."

Given this response, D'Alessandro's complaint will request the

"traceability of the messages"

through which not only his ID and others' ID were requested, but also the processing number of his document.

Also, which official enabled the orders.

The hacker said that "work" had been entrusted to him in August of that year by private message from Telegram by a user identified as "ElJuanxa", without a profile photo, who gave him several phone

numbers of different people so that he could do the " I recover", according to what he said in his investigative statement.

He also consulted Nosis business history databases, for which he created

a false profile

of Marcos Peña's adviser, Nicolas Crotto, to obtain data that was necessary when answering a "trivia" from the Movistar company when the operation called Swim Swap.

Kirchnerism, at first, said that the hacking was the product of the internal PRO.

According to what he said, his "client" told him that he was looking for the information to "find out

infidelities

" and that he did not know that it had so much political content.

The defendant is accused of having hacked on October 19, 2022 at approximately 3:20 p.m. ".

In his complaint, D'Alessandro stated that that day he "lost connectivity to his telephone line" and from the Movistar company "they told him that unidentified subjects remotely impersonating his personal identity managed an unauthorized change of SIM card" and that "they replied successfully complete a trivia question" to achieve this.
