revealed yesterday exclusively, Elías Ezequiel Nuñes Pinheiro (22 years old) confessed yesterday before the head of the Specialized Fiscal Unit for Computer Crimes and Contraventions of the city of Buenos Aires, Daniel Dupuy and Judge Araceli Martínez and tried to take
off the other four investigated for the illegal espionage maneuver.
The others investigated were Elías Nuñes Pinheiro father, Antonio Aquino, Julio Cesar Escobar and Cecilia Mercado.

The defendant acknowledged that he sent the code to access the information from the WhatsApp and Telegram messaging systems on D'Alessandro's phone.
The hacking also affected the other “targets” -as defined by the hacker- the representative of Juntos por el Cambio Diego Santilli;
Judges Rodrigo Giménez Uriburu and Andrés Basso (both of the Highway Administration case);
the City Attorney General, Juan Bautista Mahiques;
and the judges of the Federal Chamber of Criminal Cassation Mariano Borinsky and Gustavo Hornos (who must review the sentence of Cristina Kirchner to 6 years in prison in that case), among others.
When asked about his contractor, he said that on a couple of occasions
he left him recorded messages
and that the "tune was typical of someone who lives in the north of the country", that he spoke of
