The president of the Supreme Court of Justice, Horacio Rosatti, filed a criminal complaint this Wednesday in the federal courts of Comodoro Py, to investigate the theft of his identity after which the authorization of four telephone lines in his name was managed.
This procedure was carried out in Misiones, where the cell phone of former Buenos Aires Security Minister Marcelo D'Alessandro was also hacked, one of whose authors confessed this Monday that he had been hired to carry out this intrusion and others against politicians and magistrates on a regular basis. targeted from Kirchnerism.
As confirmed by Clarín with judicial sources, Rosatti found out about the maneuver by chance, when
communications from a telephone company of which he is not a customer arrived
at his private home in the city of Santa Fe .
In these notifications, he was required to pay pending invoices for the alleged contracting of the service of
four cell phone lines
, which the head of the Court had not requested.
A first inquiry in the firm revealed that these lines
had been contracted in January and in the province of Misiones
, supposedly with the use of a falsified ID that now allowed Rosatti to request that the federal justice system investigate.
There is also no certainty that these are
the only irregular lines that were enabled
.
Nor that the president of the Court
is the only victim of this maneuver.
The complaint was received by the prosecutor on duty Gerardo Pollicita, but after the draw it was left in the hands of judge Marcelo Martínez de Giorgi and prosecutor Paloma Ochoa, who will carry out the investigation.
