2023-03-29T11:07:19.714Z

So far there are 35 people accused of crimes of corruption of PDVSA and maintaining a network of prostitution of both sexes to legitimize capital and serve as luxury escorts.

The 28-year-old Venezuelan Ely Jeims also became extremely rich from Petróleo de Venezuela (PDVSA)

for belonging to "the dolls of the mafia"

, a prostitution network of both sexes, which not only functioned to legitimize capital from corruption, but to serve as luxury companions for the privileged politicians, businessmen and "enchufados" chavistas.

Her real name is Railin Elizabeth Yepez.

Being alias Ely Jeims,

she amassed a fortune in just two years,

not as a model and singer, but as the lover of Chavista deputy Hugbel Roa, right and left hand of the Oil Minister, Tareck El Aissami, who resigned supposedly to facilitate the investigation.

The embezzlement scandal broke out last week due to the disappearance or theft in principle of

more than 3,000 million dollars from the sale of PDVSA oil

, which in truth is more than 23,000 million dollars lost according to the export invoices that the executives of the state oil company do not know how to justify.

The plot "is one of the most lurid known in recent years, which links Venezuelan State officials, businessmen in quotes who favor corruption, and young people linked to the so-called 'Mafia

Dolls

,'' said the Attorney General Tareck William Saab during a press conference held at the headquarters of the Public Ministry.

Albany-Bracho, one of the "mafia dolls".

The business

"This network captured young people of both sexes to include them in the money laundering network, who were rewarded with an excessive, sumptuous, illegal and criminal life," said the prosecutor.

President Nicolás Maduro has confirmed the prosecutor's version.

The Venezuelan official confirmed details about the prostitution network that was used

to legitimize capital resulting from corruption.

The prosecutor announced that a total of

25 people, of whom 14 public officials

and 11 businessmen, have been arrested so far for their alleged involvement in a corruption scheme.

Mafia doll Yuravic Ravello is on the run.

Most of those involved are associated with irregularities committed within the Superintendence of Cryptoactives and the Vice Presidency of Commerce and Supplies of the state oil company PDVSA.

Senior officials include Antonio José Pérez Suárez, PDVSA Vice President of Commerce and Supplies, Eduardo José Borgones, PDVSA Vice President of Commerce and Supplies, Henrys Chapellín, PDVSA Vice President of Commerce and Supplies, and Hugbel Rafael Roa, former PSUV deputy

. in National Assembly.

Mafia Dolls.

Ximena Cagide Saved.

In the case of "Ely Jeims, she amassed an unusual fortune by being the lover of Hugbel Roa. In the past, she dedicated herself as a

llanera music singer in a neighborhood of Puerto Orda

z," says the source of the Alberto News portal.

"Since 2020, she was traveling on private planes set up by Roa. She moved to Lecherías (Anzoátegui state) where

she lives in a mansion

in Las Villas near the mansion of Johanna Torres, another fugitive for the same case. Both traveled escorted by the Bolivarian National Police," added the source of the Alberto portal.

Venezuelans wonder why former super minister Tareck El Aissami, the head and main person responsible for the corruption case,

has not been arrested

and there are no criminal charges against him.

And the answer is given by the former Minister of Petroleum, Rafael Ramírez.

In an interview with

El Nacional

, he said that his counterpart "nothing will happen to him because

he did all the dirty work that Maduro needed."

Ramírez, who is taking refuge in Italy, said: "The first thing to say about the anti-corruption operation in Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) is that it is not a crusade against corruption or anything like that, but rather an internal fight within

the madurismo

What happens is that other power groups pressured Maduro to give Tareck El Aissami's group a stop."

The Maduro regime claims that PDVSA's corruption prevents it from paying the salaries of public workers and teachers who earn just $5 a month.

This has generated protests among pensioners and employees of the Administration under slogans of

"if there is to steal, there is to pay."
