The planning for the construction of the new company headquarters of "Holzner Druckbehälter" and its subsidiary, "Blueflux Energy AG" in Peißenberg, has come to a standstill.

Now the pace should come into play.

Peißenberg – “Blueflux Energy AG” has already received several awards for its innovative technology for generating regenerative energy from biogenic waste (keyword: green hydrogen) (we reported).

Company officer Uli Mach recently received the most recent award from Konrad Schober in Munich.

The district president officially named "Blueflux" a pioneer for the energy transition.

In the future, the company will be one of the supporters of the "Team Energiewende Bayern" (TEB).

Appointed “pioneer for the energy transition”.

"The supporters are particularly committed to the energy transition in Bavaria, act as multipliers on all aspects of the energy transition and pass on their experiences to companies and citizens," says a press release from the government of Upper Bavaria - and specifically to "Blueflux". : The start-up company Blueflux Energy AG from Peißenberg has specialized in the disposal of biogenic waste and the simultaneous production of sustainable energy.

This means that energy from the region can be generated for the region in a CO2-neutral manner.

The company offers complete solutions for all aspects of sustainable energy generation, supply and on-site recovery.”

The “Blueflux” technology is therefore very much in vogue.

The production of transformation systems has also already started - namely for a brick manufacturer in Dachau and for the "Almwirtschaft" project in Windkreut.

However, the production conditions at the current company location, the "Holzner Druckbehälter" headquarters on Bergwerkstraße (former colliery building), are anything but ideal: "We are bursting at the seams," reports Uli Mach in an interview with the local newspaper.

"Blueflux" currently employs 14 people, soon to be increased to up to 30 and later to up to 100.

“But that depends on the property.

If we don't have space," explains Mach, "then we can't hire people."

A new commercial building is to be built

Of course, a “property” has long been in their sights.

On the free area west of the former BHS steel construction hall, a completely new commercial hall including administrative management is to be erected together with "Holzner pressure tank".

According to the original plan, everything should be ready in September 2023.

"But we won't make it," Mach concedes.

In terms of construction law, the project is not yet done.

In July 2022, the market council decided to change the development plan "PKG site on Hochreuther Straße" to create the building law requirements.

However, the scope and type of development plan was later modified again.

An agreement was reached with the municipality on a project-related development plan.

Another problem was discussed in mid-February at a joint meeting with the town hall administration, the district office and “Blueflux” representatives.

It was about decoupling the parking space planning.

The concept basically envisages that parking facilities should be created west of the recycling center or at the temporary access road to the construction site at the rainwater retention basin - depending on the growth phase of "Blueflux".

Accordingly, a simple parking area, then a parking deck and finally a multi-storey car park are to be built in three sections.

However, because the future car park area is outside, the land use planning process is lengthy.

Time that "Blueflux" doesn't have.

At the meeting, it was therefore agreed that

to procedurally separate the parking space issue from the construction of the commercial hall.

An accelerated building permit procedure is now to be initiated separately for the company headquarters.

The Peißenberg building committee already gave the unanimous green light for this.

You don't want to put any obstacles in the way of "Blueflux".

Expedited procedure

According to Mach, up to 150 parking spaces can be proven in a transitional phase on the property on which the commercial building is being built: "So we have a bit of space there." In addition, 20 percent of the employees would not come to work by car.

The company's mobility concept aims to increase the rate to 30 percent.

There is no concrete schedule for the construction of the new company headquarters (Mach: "It all depends on the permits"), but the ground-breaking ceremony should definitely take place this year.

According to Mach, the move to the new commercial building should then take place in the second quarter of 2024 at the latest.
