The German Life Saving Society (DLRG) in Wartenberg has a new Technical Manager: Leon Holmhey replaces Thomas Reiter, who resigned from this office at the end of 2022 and, according to the words of Chairman Jürgen Hartmann, did not change his mind at the annual general meeting in the Gasthaus Reiter.
Holmhey was elected unanimously in absentia.
Wartenberg – District chairman Reinhard Kutscher reported in his welcoming address that there are new statutes that also include innovations such as video conferences.

There will be a district association day on October 13, at which practically all offices will have to be filled.
He appealed to the meeting participants to consider getting involved, because the district association must remain able to act.

The young people were quite active, including the first aid course they organized as part of the holiday program.
