A man claims his monstrous two-meter dog is often
mistaken for a lion and a pony.
Jamal Miah adopted Kenzo, a Central Asian shepherd after a friend decided to rehom the dog when
Kenzo grew too big.
Despite being just three years old, Kenzo already weighs 85kg and is two meters tall when standing on his hind legs,
Daily Star reports.
That makes the beast not only
taller but also heavier
than the average grown man.

Jamal says that people are so surprised by the huge dog that they often cross the street to
avoid walking past him.
Jamal lives in London and says his dog eats more than
two kilos of raw meat every day
, costing him a whopping
$1,500 a year,
the Daily Star
reports .
The dog's owner said: "We saw him and we were like 'OMG'. He's so big and
he's just a puppy
."
The dog is almost 2 meters tall standing on its hind legs (SWNS).
"It's 50/50. Some people freak out and run across the street when they see it, and some people just want to pet and pet it."
"People ask me, like, 'What is this dog?' Others say 'what is that?' 'A pony?' At first, my daughters were scared of it because of its size. But after a few walks, they got used to him. He knows they're my daughters, so now

Jamal has had to make his home dog-proof, including
huge iron gates
to prevent Kenzo from going through his backyard fence, says
Daily Star.
He has spent $13,000 on his dog
He also had to hire a
professional dog trainer
to condition him into compliance.
So far, the owner believes he has spent around
$13,000
caring for his dog, including food, training and general upkeep, the
Daily Star reports.

Jamal, the founder of the youth development program
OMG Education
, said: "A Central Asian Shepherd is not a beginner's dog. They are naturally outdoorsy dogs. I wanted it to be a family friendly dog and to break the stigma surrounding big dogs like him.
But despite his size, Jamal said Kenzo is "
very friendly with dogs
and people he meets" and that the two have "a really good bond."
