The thorny question of self-defense is at the heart of the trial of two baker brothers, Geoffroy and Thibault Tordeux - respectively 33 and 34 years old -, tried since Tuesday March 28 before the Paris Assize Court.
Initially indicted for murder, they were finally returned to justice for "
violence resulting in death without intention to give it
".
They appear free under judicial supervision and each incur fifteen years of imprisonment.
The interrogation of the two brothers took place this Thursday, March 30.
On May 6, 2017, around 3:30 a.m., Thibault Tordeux woke up in his bakery in the 18th arrondissement of Paris.
