Emmanuel Conrie had the good idea to take over the former Le Pavé restaurant, located at the foot of the Sainte-Marie cathedral.
The downstairs room, an authentic 18th century vaulted cellar, is simply magnificent.
The soft lighting, the wine cellar and the hanging hams give it the false air of a Spanish bodega.
Cozy atmosphere, lulled to the rhythm of jazzy sounds.
