The 30 highest salaries in Ligue1 were revealed: the 30 million that separate Messi from Mbappé

2023-03-30T13:55:28.030Z

The traditional newspaper L'Equipe published who are the highest paid players in the French league. The abyss between what the French perceives with respect to the Argentine. One by one, all salaries.

While in Europe it is discussed whether Lionel Messi will renew his contract with Paris Saint-Germain, the salaries of the 30 highest-paid footballers in Ligue1

came to light

and obviously the Parisian club is on point.

Although, what is striking is the abysmal difference that exists between Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappé.

Since the arrival of Nasser Al-Khelaifi, PSG has broken the European football market.

From the hand of the Arab, they began to pay exorbitant figures for passes (With the 221 million that they put for Neymar at the head) and salaries.

This Thursday, the newspaper L'Equipe published the 30 highest salaries in the French league and the team that came to change the schemes of Europe (it won Ligue1 eight times between 2011-2022, although this year it failed again in the

search of the biggest trophy, the Champions League

), leads the list.

What's more, a player who does not belong to the team led by Christophe Galtier appears only in eleventh place.

This is Wissam Ben Yedder: the man from Monaco earns 650 thousand euros per month.

The 30th position on that list is occupied by Kevin Volland, who receives 300,000 euros per month.

And one is occupied by the star of the French National Team,

Kyllian Mbappé, who receives about 6 million euros gross per month

, which totals about

72 million euros per year

only for the services he provides to PSG.

Another fact: only the galactic receive more than three million euros per month.

We are talking about Mbappé, Neymar and Messi.

The fourth on the list is Marquinhos and it does not reach a million and a half monthly of the European currency.

When Mbappé's salary is compared with that of the other star on the team, none other than the best player on the planet (Lionel Messi, of course), the gulf that separates them is striking.

Even before Messi, Neymar appears on the podium with the best payments in Ligue 1 and PSG: the Brazilian earns about 3,675,000 euros per month.

When does the Argentine perceive?

Lionel Messi

is just one step below the Brazilian, and

he receives just over half of Mbappé's salary

.

According to what was published by L'Equipe, Messi pockets some 3,375,000 gross euros per month.

The account gives about

forty and a half million euros a year

, far from the 72 million of the French.
