In fact, on September 18, 2022, Rasmus Pilou K., a Dane who arrived in France in 2021, had been arrested by the Raid for the murder of his companion by firearm between the walls of this opulent house, rented in the district of Theouliere.

As the regional daily tells it, after the crime, the suspect had asked two friends to take a fridge to the dump.

Intrigued by the smell that emanated from it, the latter had broken a padlock and discovered the body of a young woman inside.

They had immediately given the alert and had been released after their police custody.

The Danish national, aged around 30, had meanwhile been indicted for "murder by spouse", "possession of weapons, narcotics" and "acts of cruelty towards a domestic animal which resulted in the dead".

And for good reason: in the freezer, the corpse of a puppy had also been found.

Rasmus Pilou K. is currently in pre-trial detention.

Judicial information has also been opened and a reconstruction should take place soon in the villa of Mandelieu.

With regard to the two burglars, they are being prosecuted for "theft in an organized gang", "criminal conspiracy to commit theft in an organized gang", "breaking of seals" and "modification of a crime scene", specifies the Grasse prosecutor's office.

For the sole destruction of the seals, they incur two years' imprisonment and a fine of 30,000 euros.

According to

Nice Matin

, they would have stolen, among other things, the Porsche of Rasmus Pilou K.
