More than 30 people were injured in the explosion.
A carefully planned attack
Authorities said the attack in the center of Russia's
second-largest city
was being treated as a
"high-profile assassination"
and had been
carefully planned
and involved several people.
Trepova was detained at a St. Petersburg apartment owned by a friend of her husband's, according to Russian reports.
On the day of the large-scale invasion of Russia last year, she was reportedly detained for several days for participating
in an anti-war protest.
Tatarsky had attended a patriotic gathering with supporters in the cafe as a guest speaker.
