Two days before a new mobilization, Thursday, decisive for the continuation of the social movement against the pension reform, the Nupes coalition has once again distinguished itself by its disagreements.
The four left forces were not in phase on the follow-up to be given to Elisabeth Borne, who proposed a day of consultation on Tuesday.
Each therefore went there on its own initiative, even if it did not appear as a united front and at the risk of creating confusion in people's minds.
Considering that a meeting at Matignon would look like a sword in the water, the Communists wanted the start, Tuesday morning, of a procession going from the Place de la Concorde to the Élysée, to deliver a letter and discuss with Emmanuel Macron's chief of staff, Patrick Strzoda.
The idea did not convince the rest of the Nupes.
