An SNCF agent died Monday evening in the Châteaucreux station, in Saint-Étienne.
According to the newspaper
Le Progrès
, the victim had just ingested a liquid, still unknown, present in an abandoned can.

by the parquet floor of Saint-Étienne.
Indeed, a bag with several cubitainers, or cubis, was found abandoned on a train.
A passenger would then have given these containers to the SNCF agents who placed them in the lost and found room.
It is in this room that the deceased employee would have drunk in one of the cubis, according to several testimonies.
An investigation was opened to find the causes of death and analyze the products.
